How long have Green Phoenix Developments been operating?

Green Phoenix Developments is relatively new but the experience behind us is vast with multiple decades in the development sphere.

How do you fund your projects?

We use a mixture of funding options ranging from self-funded to combining our finances with a selected panel of private investors to utilising finance from specialist lenders.

Do you welcome new private investors?

Of course we are happy to welcome new private investors. We would be delighted to discuss in more detail how we can work together. Please get in touch with us for more information if this is of interest.

What type of projects do you undertake?

Most projects we consider will have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of up to £1Million to £1.5 Million. This will vary depending on the project and whether space allows a minimum of 6 units to a maximum of around 20 units to be developed. These are typically commercial to residential conversions within Birmingham and up to one hour's drive to the surrounding areas.
